I can't figure out if Hansberger is just a kook, or if he's trolling us all.
Given the amount he writes with little to no attention given back to him in return then he’s trolling himself quite hard, which makes me lean towards kookishness.
It's sad.

One whose cooking is eccentric, fantastic, or insane. 😏
It can be, but is also often used to say the person is just a dickhead.
I’m the type to use it in this way.

More like a person who is a prick and an idiot simultaneously. So soooooo not me.
