ive been on probation since i was a sophomore in highschool, im now going to be a sophomore in college. and i have been smoking weed on a regular basis ever since.
all you gotta do is.
-wait a minimum of 24 hours after you smoke(let the thc fully settle into you're system)
-set out a 3-4 hour period of time in youre day where you will not eat
-drink bottles of water untill you have pissed clear 5-7 times(#'s based on my body.. male/6'3"/180 lbs)
-you cannot eat during this period of time(thc attaches to fat cells)
-once you've pissed clear 5-7 times you can then begin to eat as much as you want, the reason of this is that you restore the nutrients in you're piss(keeping the drug test results from showin up as Diluted)
