I'm a guy, but thinks that's normal for a girl. Your hormones are probably not that active yet and happens to some people at different times. Do you just find guys looks attractive or more things like personality also? I think you probably like guys but look beyond just their physical looks which is a deeper feeling of attraction.
If you don't think you've ever been horny you could always try an experiment, but it might be a good thing to not have those feelings yet and better to wait for the right guy and I'm sure at one point you'll feel horny.
