Women generally have lower sex drives than men, though everyone is different. It all has to do with a number of different factors (age, hormone levels, etc.). However, low sex drive can also be a symptom that something is wrong physically (hormonal problems) or psychologically (depression). If the thought of sex terrifies you or you would like to have sex, but their is no drive, I would talk to either your doctor or a psychologist, which ever one you think fit.
I'm a guy, but thinks that's normal for a girl. Your hormones are probably not that active yet and happens to some people at different times. Do you just find guys looks attractive or more things like personality also? I think you probably like guys but look beyond just their physical looks which is a deeper feeling of attraction.
