  • I agree. But, while it did work eating nothing can have serious effects on the body. I do not think that these commercial weight loss dieting mechanisms help, because some of them, like the medical strength and things like Akins, have proved to be very dangerous. Also, I do not see how they can truly help when they further provide people of GMO products which can cause bloating, weight gain, among other symptoms.

    I have found that the beat method to lose weight, besides eating less, is an organic pescatarian (I know it's not spelled right) diet. Hoodia is also good too. It looks like a Cactus but it really isn't one and it's been used for ages by the African desert natives for fasting. The only problem is that the plant is currently on the endangered list. :/ That is there is another problem with these diet trends, the over production and poor conservation of plants/animals.
