no this is not normal, its an early sign of a serial killer actually. i know doctors numb themselves to not feel sorrow when a patient dies but to feel excited is not normal. if that was the first time u witnessed a patient's death than the excitement may just be because u finally experienced what goes on when being a doctor. but if u keep feeling this as time goes on seek physiatry
