Is it normal that chewing noises really annoy me?

    My dad does a lot of noises while eating and it's getting to the point I just want to do a mike tyson punch out. It's normal.

      I have to turn music on if I have to eat with my dad. But then again he wolfs things down (I make food for 1/2 and hour for him to devour it in 2 minutes?) so it's not like it lasts a long time....
