    You do realize that he has no choice in what he does right? Blame the U.S. not the individuals that were following orders. 95% of our troops don't want to be there any more than you want them there. I believe I am directly quoting my friend in saying

    "I roast in the hot sun, freeze at night, get shot at every day, and keep watching my friends get blown to pieces around me. What am I going through all of this hell for?     These soldiers have no choice, they follow orders, or face punishment.

      So they can't just not follow orders? They're not retarded and that is just a cop out. They'd rather keep their job than not go to war.

        A United States soldier can not just "not follow orders". It is not an option for them.

        I don't support the war anymore than you do, I think we are wasting our time there and causing MUCH more harm than good. Hell I even question the motivation behind the war! However I recognize that it is the decision makers that are to be blamed. Not the poor saps that are being forced to give their lives for a war that they don't even want to fight.

        We are in agreement that somebody should be held accountable for this stupid ass war, the only disagreement I have is who it is that should be blamed.

          Wtf are you talking about, a person can refuse to fight, not pick up a gun. What are they going to do? Duct tape it to your hands? Tie you up and put you on a plane over there?
