Is it normal that can i see millions of little dots everywhere i look?

evrywhere i look especially in the dark i can see little dots,i can see them mostly in a dark room,if i dont think about them i cant see them,when i went to the optisions they said i have 20-20 vision,and i do see floaters,i play rugby wher ei hve abanged my had a few times,what could it be?

    I told my opticion about this and he said its the tiny photo receptors in your eyes flashing on and off. He also said only a small ammount of people can notice it all the time.

    I have perfect vision as well... And a great eye for detail... I see those dots too. Some are clear, some have rings of color around them. It's actually kind of neat.

    Ye I always wondered that too lol. I thought it was cuz I was short sighted -1.5 but guess it's not

    It would take about three pages of text for me to explain this properly so I'm going to spare you and say that it's entirely normal, especially in darker environments.
