Is it normal that blind people also have dreams ?

People who have been blind since birth are unable to see during their dreams. This is because they've never experienced visual senses before and their mind is unable to replicate it.
People who were blinded later in life can still dream with visuals as their brain can draw on images they've seen.
The same goes for deaf people.
Also many elderly people dream in black and white due to exposure to colourless TVs.
