Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, women don't have to act an exact, certain way to appease your stereotypical view of them? Black women are just as feminine as the rest of us, and if some of them aren't, so what? That's not your business. People are who they are; not who you fucking want them to be.
He's just asking a question. Most men want feminine women, it's our biology and it's not going to change in the next few thousand years no matter how politically incorrect it is. And culturally it is considered masculine to be loud and pushy. (And in general, very few people are attracted to loud and pushy, male or female).
