So i guess i do my story here , so i bought a pixel thing on a game and i needed to follow some rules. After i got the item i needed i just left and then they threatened me to charge me with a 600$ fine. so the point of my story is: can they give me the 600$ fine if they got my visa card details?

    I don't think they could charge you.Even they have their own online payment system, its within main payment system and they have available partial information: card number :four digits and ******. Companies are FORBIDDEN to keep any credit card information, otherwise you could really bring them to court.

    Yes, that's what you get for not paying for that item.. They'll just charge it to your Visa credit card.
