Is it normal that after i have a bowel movement there is a discharge?

After I have a bowel movement, when I wipe a thick, clear discharge comes out. It has nothing to do with the vaginal area and it is only after a bowel movement. When I wipe, this discharge is the FIRST thing to come out. What is it?

    I've had mucus to come out on occasion, but never discharge as far as I know. You probably should see a doctor.

    it's mucus that builds up if you hold back on a bowel movement it is the body's way of lubricating the movement
