My best friend is a lesbian (a clear, butch lesbian), sometime I hear rumours saying I am a lesbian, too. I am not. I would say it is normal to get asked that depending on the circumstance. I could certainly pass for femme.
Yeah, my sister gets asked a lot if shes a lesbian (she isn't), especially when one of her friends is near her. There were even rumors saying her and her friend were in a relationship. she don't really care though, she thinks its funny.
