hahaha i would never do that!! I like your quote. My plan is, see if maybe he just has a "5 date rule" and if nothing happens after date 5 then i will just fall of the map :p
In all honesty, give him the benefit of the doubt, it seems that he is just taking it slowly which to me suggests he most likely cares about you and wants it to be something special going forward. Nothing wrong with that at all.
For some reason nice guys always finish last, and nowhere is that more evident then in the dating game. Be the exception to that rule and you may even find yourself very happy for choosing the nice guy. I know myself being a nice guy, though I have yet to get ridiculed for my manhood, there could be a first time for everything I guess. Just kidding.
On a serious note, dont rush it out, if it works out you have the rest of your life to be intimate but only one chance to make the first time special, am I right? It would be something I would want to look back at fondly at least.
of course, i actually always date nice guys. i was in a relationship for 7 years that ended because of long distance due to work but we are still friends, and hes a great guy. i just wasnt sure if this was normal .. since i have always been the one telling the guy to slow down. if it wasn't for the making out for extended periods of time, you would think he just really liked me as a person. I am a pretty [sexually] adventurous girl once i am in a relationship, i like to try new things and get crazy ! i would like to know what I am working with, sometimes it just feels like he is afraid to show me something.. or do something.. or you're right MAYBE he just wants to take it slow and get to know me.. ill let u know what happens after date 5!
He does really like you as a person, that is why he is taking his time. If he just wanted a fling trust me you would know by now and since it seems you have a good head on your shoulders you probably wouldnt be talking to him anymore.
It seems to be progressing fine in my opinion. 5 dates is a nice start and it will happen in its own good time.
Is it normal that a guy only makes out after 4 dates?

I also dont mean "first time" as in being a virgin. I mean the first time for both of you.
