It depends. Your first time with someone new, it can be difficult to last, especially if she's doing things you particularly like. You go through all the tricks to make yourself last longer (like imagining dead kittens or Margaret Thatcher in a basque, or both together. Eek!), but ultimately it's not making for enjoyable sex for you. So you do things which physically stimulate her and which mentally stimulate you both. Then when you eventually do something physically stimulating for yourself, you hope you've timed it right and she gets over the line just before you.
If you've got time on your hands, this is never a problem, because you wait a few minutes and then get started again. The second time always lasts longer, even without any of the first paragraph. There's no excuse for being lazy if you've got time not to be.
