10 is definately too young, that shouldn't turn you on. Best thing you can say about a 10 year old girl is "she's going to be pretty in a few years" or in case of her butt "she's going to have a nice butt in a few years". But not on that age yet.
Once they're a bit older, let's say 15, then it's ok to say they're pretty and they got a nice butt. Then they're mature, at 10 they're not.
