Hmm, personally I wouldn't take this one "too" seriously just yet, she may just not be one of those heavy texters and doesn't stare at the phone all day and has other things to do. I do know how you feel though as if I wanted to talk with someone, I would expect to see a desire to speak back. Maybe she prefers face to face or phone call conversations than texting a lot and I know I do. Perhaps you could ask if she would like to hang sometime or send her a call.
