Were you upfront about the "contract" and your plans for the relationship to begin with? I think you should just tell her plain and simple what exactly is going on.
She may not be dtf after that, but it would be trashy to postpone confronting her, and to continue to mislead her because finding another fuckbuddy would be hard.
