That depends on what you mean by 'talk'. If you were entirely mute as an infant, yes, that is sort of odd. But if you engaged in the normal babblings and vocalizations of babyhood, but did not start using actual words until 2, it's actually spot on, especially for a boy. However, if you were basically mute until you were two, that is sort of odd. At two, did you start using words, or were you just engaging in baby style babbling (ma ma ba da da, etc)?
i started really late as well, my parents were worried that i didn't talk at all so they brought me to a speech therapist.
20 years later and i still don't really talk at all cause i have nothing to say, i probably didn't have anything to say when i was younger either and could probably talk perfectly fine.
