You're a doctor and you think people catch AIDS? It's a syndrome. You don't catch it. It develops from infection with HIV. As for HIV, it can be transmitted by several types of body fluid but urine isn't one of them because the concentration is too low.
Either the quality of medical teaching has reached a new low or you're full of shit. I work in medical teaching, by the way. And, unlike you, I actually am telling the truth.
