I think economics has the answer here. Everybody has a sexual market value. Your willingness to do various sexual favors for your partner plus your appearance, your sense of touch, etc will appeal unequally to different guys. Guys have a market value that appeals unequally to women. When you subtract oral sex from your dossier, you lower your value significantly. You may still find the man of your dreams that doesn't want to get sucked off. The chances are slim, but slightly above zero.
This means you will have to settle for a guy with a low market value like you have. Chances are he'll be desparate. We all love stories about desparate sex. Perhaps you could contribute. Your value as a writer seems fairly high.
