      • When: The 4th Thursday in November.

        How: People eating a ton of food and being "Thankful", spending time with loved ones.

        Why: (school version) It marks a feast that was held by the Pilgrims (English settlers) and the Indians (Native Americans) back in 1621 where they became friends.

        The truth is very complicated.

          • Yep, strictly American as far as I know. Well, Canada has their own version of it but I don't know jack about it except it is in like early to mid October.
