  • I tend to talk about just random things I saw or an event that happenend earlier in the day I think about it first but then I just say it aloud like for example "So and so said they were gonna do this."How do they really expect that to work some people are really just f**king stupid." Something like that.

    • oh ok...so i guess what your saying outloud is basically summing up...thats probably because its something you feel strong about so you say it to yourself as if you were a seperate person because you feel its something that has to be said. like in your example someone is going to do something you think is ridiculous and youre fustrated...you would probably have said that to a friend if one was nearby.

like if i was thinking that thought, i would be basically mouthing out what i would say to that person, or what i would say to a friend who knows that person...but its the same; letting out an emotion i feel strongly (in this case fustration)

tbh, i dont know if this is normal or not lol or maybe its because i cant explain this very well without sounding like a mental patient...
and i dont want to pretend like im a pychiatrist, im just guessing here and saying how it is for me :D

        • lol how do you know youre talking in your sleep? consciously talking and unconsciously talking are probably 2 totally different things...it may not be normal but plenty of people do it

          • I talk myself to sleep not talking in my sleep like I would be laying down relaxing and talking aloud to myself I'm still awake but I'm like not even halfway sleep.
