Jews on the other hand are blessed with tremendous prosperity and health wherever they go. When they came back to Israel after WWII it was a tiny piece of desert land with no trees or anything. In just 50 short years they turned it into one of the most powerful and technogically advanced democracies in the world and the only democracy in the whole Middle East.
