People make a general search for a habit they do and IIN comes up. (Probably how most all users on here found this site) They see a post from someone in a similar situation and want to comment on it, but they are not interested in what ails others just about finding out more information about their own situation.
Also this is not a normal forum style website so most people don't come back to see updates or others replies.
What a great answer, I never thought about that. I found this site from purchasing the iphone app but I think almost everyone else found it how you described.
