Man I have an obsession with cannons like civil war era cannons. During the fourth of July we would just use 1/4 black powder blanks and it would shake every house for a half mile.
Fun fact! In the United States its completely legal to own a cannon. You just cant make explosive shells... damn feds.
If you didnt manufacture them for the explicit purpose of mass killing than you should be fine. A weapon of mass destruction would be a normal bomb with shrapnel inside. You can manufacture thermite thats cool too.

Its pretty cool. You can still fire it though!
I wonder if it's illegal to make explosives. I live out in the country so I've never had to worry about it.
