    She did not ask about washing implements. She may well use a wash cloth with which to wash aforementioned body parts. She is asking if people wash body parts other than what she has listed. Even if it was relevant to the post, how would anyone meant to assume this is a joke? Mean jokes like that are generally only appropriate between friends where it is understood that the common sense of humor is to put each other down.

    "An" is also correct as pronouncement of "SOB" is Ess Oh Bee. That does not render someone illiterate.
