No. She is not mistreating the child. She isn't doing anything to harm him. Don't worry about her parenting skills. CPS has much more important things to do then worry about your bitterness. Let them worry about the kids being locked in closets and being starved, the kids being beat up, the kids really being REALLY hurt or killed. They already don't pay enough attention and you want to distract then with bs?
