I have been with the same girl for 7 years and we only have sex about 3 times a year we don't live together but we see each other every day

You need to find a new girlfriend. If you only fucked once a week in seven years you would have done it over 350 times.
I do not like to nag her for sex and when we do have sex she just lays with her legs open in a sort of like on you go I could not be bothered sort of way.

You need to talk to her about it. Maybe she has a medical issue. If it turns out that you guys aren't compatible sexually then maybe you should end the relationship because you don't want to be unhappy and frustrated about this for the rest of your life.
