    Hitting on someone is slightly different than straight up asking someone if they want their dick sucked.

    Even then, I said "women in general".

      Except the OP said "a random woman". For that reason, I would assume he is talking about outrageous females. And yes, on occasion a random woman will say to me, "Hi there, you look like you could use a girlfriend. How about some oral love."
