Is it normal, please help me!

Please comment if your balls have done this- I'm freaking out. I'm 21 and over the last few years (since 16 or 17) I have been getting infections in my testicles, mostly the left. After going to the lake I noticed my testicle was horizontal and since then even after being on antibiotics it won't stop hurting. The front of your balls is usually higher than the back but lefty is wanting to have the front lower than or even with the back. Please help give me piece of mind to make it until my appointment Monday.

Might not be an infection, you may have a strangulated testicle, or even partially...happened to both me and my son when he was a teenager. Both his and my balls hang unusually low. As you get older, they hang even further...I am in my 50's, and I am practically walking on them!

Sometimes, just fiddling with them gets them turned back the right way. I woke up one time in so much pain, one was swollen and painful, went to the emergency room, doc gave em a feel, and, that was enough to get them back into the right place, immediate relief of the pain.

My son ended up having surgery, which is probably something I should have done a long time ago, but, since I am more careful with my balls these days, I haven't had a problem in a LONG time.

Get a urologist to take a close look (no pun intended) and make sure you aren't having same issue, in need of ball surgery.

That, or, just have them cut off.

You could have strained something down there, I'd get it checked out. Your too young to have problems like that.

If you have gotten several of these over a course of years and have received prescriptions for antibiotics, it would seem like you have already discussed the situation with a doctor in the past. What is anyone here going to tell you that the doctor hasn't?

Last time I went to the urologist I was rushed, he copped a feel and prescribed me the same thing. The antibiotics aren't helping the pain this time, even after doubling the dosage. I'm not looking for a diagnosis on here, just peace of mind from fellow bros that have horizontally hanging jewels. I've got 5 days man!

Last time of many times it sounds. Nothing you said here changes anything I said.

All I can say is my balls have done weird things that made me think I was totally fucked but ending up being fine. I actually had some pretty bad pains after I was hitting the gym and had to have my balls ultrasounded. Lucky it was nothing but it felt like the end of the world.
