This is probably something that you ought to pray about. I can understand your discomfort, but those kids can't help their intellectual disabilities that they were born with. I'm sure that if given the choice most of those kids would have loved to have been born as normal healthy people with average intelligence.
I think you ought to pray about this issue, and ask God to grant you understanding.
