    Ik its annoying im studying animal science in boces so i have learned some of the laws and its annoying watch 4 him if u c him beat the dogs or syart dogfighting get evidence anything u can use against him

      We definitely need stricter laws for animal abusers. It's so infuriating only being able to do so much within the law.
