Without knowing what you've commented, I have noticed some people are just completely rude when someone has a legitimate problem. While I understand that at times there are troll posts and ridiculous posts, sometimes people here are rude even just when someone is being honest. The OPs in those scenarios are probably just thinking it isn't worth the trouble at that point.
