I really cannot understand why anybody would take a conscious decision not to eat meat?
God placed these animals on earth for us to raise and consume, it is a very healthy and necessary part of our diets. Meat tastes delicious, is full of vitamins and iron etc. and keeps our immune systems ticking over like clock work.
On the opposite side of the coin, people who refuse to eat meat, cheese, milk etc. are pale, need to take supplements to get all the vitamins and iron etc. in their systems and are normally not very healthy!
I don't want to argue, but what you said about the supplements is a myth. Meat is by no means necessary, and I'm an atheist so what "God" wants has no matter to me.
IIN people dump on the vegans who aren't even trying to convert them?

Okay, you have to at least admit that humans are overdoing it. World hunger could be nearly ended with less steak what with their production costs.
