Is it normal people are calling me skinny/saying i need to gain weight but

I'm 125 pounds, 5'4 a completely normal weight yet people all around me, co workers, friends, even two strangers have commented on my weight, saying I look like a stick, that I'm all bones and that I should gain weight.

I dont understand this...is it normal? These arent fat people btw, they are normal weight...

  • If you listen to thier shit and start eating more to be fatter they're going to start calling you fat.so if you feel good atthe weight you're in right now I would not listen to it.

  • I get that too. I'm 5'6" and about 130, average for my sex/age, yet I get family telling me I'm too skinny and need to eat more. Everyone's bodies carry/show weight differently, my guess is you might just look skinny to them despite your healthy weight. Ignore them, you're fine.

  • What does your doctor think of your height, and weight?

  • Fuck them. As long as your healthy that can get over it.

  • It did worry me. But look at people, and when you get older, movement is so much easier for the thinner people.

  • Depends on your age as well. 57 kg is probably on the real thin end of normal.

    no pun intended
