That said, since this is wrecking your friendship you could say something.
Tell her you have the greatest respect for her present feelings for her new bf.; that you can, however, no longer withhold your feelings; and, that if she ever became available and was interested in pursuing a relationship with you as much more than friends, that you would be interested.
But I think you have to accept that her "vagueness" in the past may be a pretty good indicator of her interest already.
Oh - and listen to your "morals" - they are preventing you from doing something rude and stupid.
