  • Letting her out is the best thing. Cats are predators, she needs to be able to hunt and explore her territory. She needs this for her mental well being. People who want to lock their cats up and never let them out should not have them. How would you like to be confined to 4 walls for the rest of your life? They also tend to be nocturnal creatures, far from needing her own bedroom and a going to bed routine she needs a cat flap or small window so she can come and go at her leisure. She’s a cat, not a child so treat her as a cat.

    • It’s an unpopular opinion but I agree with you. The only argument I sort of get is that they decimate the local rodent and bird population. But even that’s only bad if you live somewhere with threatened / endangered species. I feel like people who say it’s dangerous to let out cats, either don’t have enough money to properly take care of it to begin with, or live in some tiny apartment / in the city where they shouldn’t have a cat but “waahhh wahh it’s cute, therefore I must have it regardless”

    • lmao, as if you got down voted for this.

      < Be me
< Keep my cat imprisoned indoors all its life
< think I'm the moral one
< shit on Mini69 for giving her cat basic humane, basic freedom

      • Your ramblings make no sense. If you have opinions about my post, please convey them in understandable English.

        • It’s meant to be 4chan style I think. Personally 4chan X IsItNormal is not the crossover I needed this holiday season.

          • Oh right. Never heard of 4chan and no idea what it is. So to me it’s still the ramblings of an idiot, and makes no sense.

    • I'm hearing you.. I should have noted I do intend on letting her out eventually but I'm worried that since she's not fully vaccinated she could get diseases from other cats as theres other cats in the neighborhood.. n I dont want her to get prego either.. as for the room am trying to get her in routine as she can be an active kitty and do plan on letting her out to roam the house

      • Sorry I misunderstood I thought you were saying she has had her vaccinations. I agree she should get those done first and as you say get her done unless you want kittens.

        • Not sure if it's the case everywhere but in Australia they have 3 within a period of time and then 1 every year..
