Is it normal or is this a stupid goal?
I am trying to lose 10 pounds by thanksgiving. Thats exactly 3 weeks(21 days). Thats basically 3 pounds a week. Do you think its possible?
3 years ago, I did exercise everyday for 3 hours and I lost 5 pounds in the first week, so if I lose 5 or more the first week..I could either lose 3 the next and 3 the next making it 11 or more pounds..Unless I actually keep losing 5 which would mean I'd be 15 pounds thinner in 3 weeks, but i doubt thats possible.
is it normal goal and what do you think
