Is it normal or is this a stupid goal?

I am trying to lose 10 pounds by thanksgiving. Thats exactly 3 weeks(21 days). Thats basically 3 pounds a week. Do you think its possible?

3 years ago, I did exercise everyday for 3 hours and I lost 5 pounds in the first week, so if I lose 5 or more the first week..I could either lose 3 the next and 3 the next making it 11 or more pounds..Unless I actually keep losing 5 which would mean I'd be 15 pounds thinner in 3 weeks, but i doubt thats possible.

is it normal goal and what do you think

  • This is achievable, but make sure your losing weight the right way. Anything is possible... Oh no never mind you can,t slam a revolving door! ;DD

    So yes this is possible, if I was in your position, I would lose weight in 21 days or less!

    It's all about ambition, dedication and positive.

    I used to go to the gym, 5 days a week, 2-3 hours a day and I achieved something good.

    You can do it to if you:
    *walk all the time instead of taking buses or car
    *use your free time (games, movies, going out, computer, internet) and use it for jogging outside.
    *eat good healthy food

    it can be done, you just have to believe it.

      Do you think eating fruit to replace any other snack is a good idea?

      So far, I started eating only fruit for snacks and only water for drinks.
