Marks and Spencer is a long-established chain of slightly up-market department stores and their food is good quality and generally pretty good. They first offered the sausage-heart last year, and it got a lot of attention in social and traditional media. I'm sure that's what they hoped for from the moment the concept was pitched in some corporate marketing meeting.
