He sounds like an understanding wose and caring man. He understands that the person in the shop cant go any faster etc hence doesnt get mad. But understands how that peoples effort money and resources have been wasted when stuff doesnt get used oris thrown away etc. :) hope this helps you understand. Sounds a little like myself.
