I have diagnosed aspergers and schizoaffective. I experience the same thing. I think its common for derealization to occur with an autism/schizo mix. I've met others like us and they all describe a similar experience but we're all quite different in different ways as well. I actually posted a similar post recently. Derealization is actually quite common and comes with other things as well such as ptsd or depression. The way I see it is we are just the ones who realize nothing is real but perception.
