She's probably either depressed or spoiled. She likes the easy life, and you give it to her. She doesn't have to work, because you accept that and let her. She's probably never known the reward of accomplishment and self reliance. If you left her, her first priority would be to put out and find another man to take care of her. If that's the case. But she could just be depressed - that's a biggie. Or low self-worth, etc.
Why not ask her? And if you can't get an answer, first I'd say you need to work on your communication, and then I'd suggest pulling the rug of luxury from under her. You provide for your family - the basics. If she wants anything special, things that make her feel special, then she needs to earn it.
Princes and princesses are not just pretty shinny people. They have serious jobs and responsibilities, needing real skills they practice and hone their entire lives.
