There are several ways to look at this; You may actually be disgusted with yourself, rationalizing that no one that hot would ever get with you or that you don't measure up genetically wise. Or you could be sub-conciously considering the high degree of contracting a disease. Or you could be introverted with difficulty actually walking up to a person and starting a relationship, or difficulty facing the fact that there will eventually be an end to the relationship. The list goes on and on, but remember this my good chum; You only live once, the worse thing that could happen is you get a slap and get shot down, you need to experience everything to lead a full life (yes even the bad stuff too), and most importantly "Stop caring so much about it!" you need to approach these things with both a desire to achieve and the resilience to say Piss on you bitch/bastard, your loss.
