Is it normal not to take showers twice a day

    i only take one once a day. some days if i don't sweat or get dirty, i won't take one at all.

      I do that do! sure under summer i shower more but during winter time ( like now and snow everywhere) i shower on those days i sweat and get dirty or want to feel clean and fresh i can last at least 2 weeks and a half without any shower winter/autumm time and 1 week summertime
      i was even worse men i was younger! i like showered 5 times per month XD
