    I remember back in school when we had to do the pledge of allegiance and someone sang the national anthem everyday. It was so pointless. By high school, most of us didn't bother to stand up for it and just carried on doing what we were doing.

      I remember that too. Sounds crazy. These days it would be something we might see on TV that North Korea is forcing their kids to do
