    I grew up doing it from 1956 to now. When I was a kid my dad would stand when they played it when TV was going off the air. He was born in 1903.

            No when he drank it was a wine burgundy I think. He has been dead since 1966. And drink has little to do with national pride. Ask a Irishman. LOL
