having foreskin is how you were born. but Jews remove it. so do many other people actually. it's quite common and actually more sanitary to be circumcised. certainly is much easier to do it when you're a baby though. there are risks with it, but it is much more hygenic because if you don't properly clean your foreskin then it's more common to have infections and spread things to your partner during sex.
