I don't see why it can't be normal to be honest... im a guy and the majority of women beleive we all wank crave sex porn and other elicit things but truth is i don't and i didn't when i was in high school yes i had crushes and things but i had a couple of friends who weren't interested in anybody at all, you just need to wait until that special someone comes and "knocks you off your feet" i have experienced it slightly, you'll understand when certain guys or girls (depending on your preferences) look at you and you find yourself smiling bubbling inside and all you can do is watch them constantly for 10 minutes and think you've been staring at them for seconds. My last year of high school wound up in me sitting in maths lessons staring into the beautiful eyes of the girl opposite (i never got with her though) but we became good friends :) and we enjoyed each others company me more than her but still you get the picture. You'll notice it someday that you can't take your eyes off someone or you sort of look at them smile a little then look again to see if they noticed you smile then get embarassed when they're smiling at you already and you look a muppet for going red in the face whilst oggling at them :)
